Insert the second disc of the DVD set and on the "Main Menu" highlight the menu entry 'At Home With Terry Hawkins'. Then press your Right button to highlight the date '05-23-88' and you will get access to a submenu for this documentary footage.
Now, press your Up button on you remote control to highlight some scratch marks at the top of the screen. Press your Enter button now on your remote control and you will get to see over 8-minutes of footage featuring director Roger Watkins and Chas Balun prepping the recording of the commentary track.
