Synopsis: Kiefer Sutherland of 24 stars as a disturbed young killer who steals the identity of his latest victim to become deputy of a sleepy coastal town. But when the soon-to-be-promoted sheriff (Beau Bridges of Heart Like A Wheel) and his mistress (Camelia Kath) plot to kill her wealthy husband (Wayne Rogers of M*A*S*H) and frame the new deputy, their perfect crime takes some very unexpected turns. In a place where everybody has something to hide, are two lovers with a taste for homicide any match for a lone psychopath with a passion for vengeance? Joe Don Baker (Walking Tall) and Michael Madsen (Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill) co-star in this gripping noir thriller that pulses with sex, suspense and a murderous new twist.
