Synopsis: Twenty-three years have passed since a group of thugs shattered Jim Randall's (Michael Pare) childhood by murdering his parents and his sister. Now an adult and a police officer, Jim still hasn't recovered and it's clear that something in him died that terrible day his family was taken from him. After several run-ins with the law, Jim is suspended from the force and embarks on an intense investigation to find the thugs involved in the Randall family murders. Will Jim heal his wounds, or stir up a past he should just forget?
