Synopsis: The story of the star crossed lovers Lola and Tony comes to life in this delightful musical based on Barry Manilow's classic hit song.
Manilow stars as Tony, a struggling pianist/composer who gets a job at New York's famous Copacabana nightclub, and is charmed by the lovely chorus girl Lola (Annette O'Toole). Love blooms between the pair, but then Rico, a smarmy rival nightclub owner (Joe Bologna) sweet talks Lola into working for him in Havana, promising her a chance at the big time. When heartbroken Tony learns that Rico's intentions are not exactly honorable, chaos erupts...
