Murderous Maids ( Les Blessures assassines - France)

Synopsis: French version of British "Sister my Sister" where Jolie ( Julia - Nip-Tuc) Richardson ( great Vanessa Redgrave's daughter ) gives a magnificent exemple of what a great actress she is portrain older sister Cristine Papin. This movie is based on the true story of two chambermaids (the Papin sisters) of 1930s France who murdered their employer and her daughter in Dijon. It shows the events from Cristine's perspective and gives a much more detailed idea of the two sisters childhood and how they could only depend on each other til the end. The issue of incest puts this movie sometimes as gay/lesbian but it's not a romance/love affair but powerful drama with the intensity to keep you wantting to know more. Lea Papin apperantly is still alive.
