Synopsis: Ray Macklin (Jeff Daniels, Dumb and Dumber) is in perfect health, but he's worrying himself sick after his best friend suddenly drops dead while telling a joke. Now this suburban family man with everything to live for is turning his home and neighborhood upside down with his hysterical attempts to beat the Grim Reaper. Ray just might live a long and happy life, if his fed-up family and friends don't kill him first! David Leland, the acclaimed co-writer of Mona Lisa, directed this morbidly funny comedy written by Joe Eszterhas (Basic Instinct).
