Color Of Courage , The
Based on a true-life court case, and written by the granddaughter of one of the defendants, this drama tells the story of a friendship between a white woman and a black woman whose family causes a legal ruckus when they move into an all-white neighbourhood. This understated study of racism and the fight against segregation stars Linda Hamilton (“Terminator 2â€) and Lynn Whitfield (“Eve’s Bayouâ€) as the two friends caught in the middle of the struggle.
