Synopsis: Tensions are mounting between the United States and Spain. The president asks Lt. Andrew Rowan to travel to Cuba and deliver a message to rebel leader Gen. Garcia: The United States will need his help if war does break out. Rowan sails to Cuba and meets Raphaelita Maderos, his guide through the dangerous jungle. On their way to the rebel headquarters they also meet Sgt. Dory, a deserter who may have a plan of his own.
