Synopsis: Akira is arguably the best anime films ever created and certainly remains the most well known. Tetsuo, a young member of a motorcycle gang, is captured by the military and experimented on in hopes to develop his psychic powers. Soon his powers rage out of control and all of Neo Tokyo is at risk.
