Synopsis: Genghis Khan stars Omar Sharif in the role of the legendary Mongol chieftain, uniter of the nomadic hoardes, conqueror of all Asia and terror of the west! This film tells the story of his rise from captive slave boy to daring guerilla leader, to confiant and ally of the Emperor of China, to saviour of the Empire against the barbarian invaders. His life is spent in brutal battle, in luxurious splendour, in the endless pursuit of primitive, ultimate power. Dynamic direction, elaborate battle scenes and tremendous spectacle provide the background for brilliant supporting performances from Stephen Boyd, Robert Morley, Francoise Dorleac and Eli Wallach.
