Synopsis: Hailed as "Wall Street for the Internet era" by Entertainment Weekly, August follow Tom Sterling (Josh Hartnett) as an aggressive, ultra cool, young dot-com entrepreneur, who is fighting to keep his company afloat in a crumbling marketplace. Tom must choose between fortune and family as he struggles to impress his apathetic investor Ogilvie (David Bowie), win back his girlfriend Sarrah (Naomie Harris) and deal with age-old wounds with his father David (Rip Torn) and his brother Joshua (Adam Scott).
